Dr. Koneru, a native of Chicago, IL, earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) at Ohio State University College of Dentistry. Black Dog Dental gave me an exceptional dental experience! The office is clean and serene and seems to be up to date with all of the latest technology. The room I got my cleaning in had two large windows so I could see the beautiful trees just outside during my cleaning. The staff were all SO nice and knowledgeable. The whole process from scheduling my appointment to checking out was so seamless. The entire appointment was extremely enjoyable due to the warm and inviting staff. I will 100% be recommending Black Dog Dental to all of my family and friends that live in the area!
Stop looking, you found your dentist! I have never felt so welcomed and so cared for at any type of medical office, as I did at this one! The office itself is stunning, super clean and so smartly laid out; doors for privacy during your appointment are appreciated. Staff, from reception all the way to Dr. K himself, were all kind, clearly knowledgeable and so patient answering any and all questions. Oh and the tech! Dental tech tools I didn’t know existed and they share the imagery so you really get a understanding of what’s going on w/ your teeth.
I have severe dental anxiety that prevented me from going for years. I’m so glad that I found this office. The doctor and staff are seriously amazing. They talked me through everything and couldn’t have made the whole experience any easier. I recommend this office even if you do not have dental anxiety, but especially if you do! Best dentist I have ever been to by a long shot. Found them after Google searching emergency dentist on a Saturday at 10:30 AM, due to unbearable pain in mouth. They made an appointment for me to see them 30 minutes after calling. Ended up getting a root canal same day, they were experts at making sure I was comfortable the entire time, and they stayed late to take care of me and ensure I was 100% before walking out the door. This will now be my family's new dentist; they are simply the best and very caring / patient focused.
I am fairly scared of dentists, but when I saw so many good reviews on here I thought I would stop putting it off and give them a shot. I couldn't be happier that I did. I've been to more than a few dentists and this place is the best I've ever been to. Everyone there is so welcoming and Dr. K does amazing work. They also have the most high tech equipment I've seen in a dentist office. Highly highly recommended, I live 30 min away and I will be coming here anytime I need dental work just because they are THAT good.
